This lovely modern spacious villa is located in a small residential estate. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gate. There is a mosaic tiled pool (8m x 3.5 - 4m) surrounded by terraces with a shower and BBQ. The swimming pool is fenced with a lockable gate and can be HEATED - this is available as an optional extra. Accommodation: Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dish washer, microwave. Lounge/dining room with bar and digital satellite TV and music centre. 2 x Twin bedrooms, shower room, bathroom. There is a Safe. First Floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Sun roof terrace. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room are fully air-conditioned for heating a cooling.

LOCATION
The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk. It is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit a vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Gale are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 60 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
Air conditioning/heating is included. Pool-heating is optional for £100 per week.
We can also arrange airport transfer and car hire for you. Please ask for prices.
