Casa do Teixo is a Luxury detached villa with private pool, located in the popular Meia Praia area only a few kilometres from the beach, Marina da Lagos and the town with its cobbled streets and an abundance of restaurants and bars, a perfect villa for a family holiday in Portugal.

The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main villa and a seperate 2 bedroom annex situated in the basement level of the villa with its own entrance and a shared bathroom.

On the ground level of the villa you enter the front door into a hall way which leads off to the 3 bedrooms, there is a Master suite with full bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the pool side terrace, the second bedroom with twin beds also has patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and the 3rd bedroom which is a double room and shares the second bathroom with shower which is located in the hall way. The spacious living area of Casa do Teixo is located upstairs, there is an open plan living area with dining table and seating for 8 people, the lounge has 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large balcony which overlooks the pool area, there is outside dining furniture on the balcony for 8 people so you may enjoy some al fresco family dining. The kitchen is also located on this level with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils. There is also a seperate upstairs toilet and a utility room with washing mashine.

Outside has a lovely large 5 x 10 swimming pool, built in BBQ with seating area and sun loungers surround the pool. The villa is situated on the hill above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is only a few minutes drive away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5 minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive
