The delightful villa is situated in Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate, 10 minutes walk from Guia. The villa has a beautiful lawned garden, which is very private as it is enclosed by a wall and gate. The swimming pool with Roman steps, can be HEATED (this is available as an optional extra) is surrounded by terraces. There is also a brick BBQ a shower.
This attractive modern villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and fruit a vegetable market. The Blue flag beaches of Gale are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few mins drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars a street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Accommodation:
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a two twin bedrooms with bathroom. The lounge/dining room is fitted with a hi-fi/CD player, satellite TV with digi-box offering a comprehensive selection of channels and a video a DVD. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine a dishwasher, microwave, oven a ceramic hob. There is a separate W/C cloakroom. All bathrooms and the kitchen were completely a beautifully renovated in 2006. All bedrooms a lounge are air conditioned for heating a cooling. There is a safe.

THE ALGARVE:
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europeans best golf courses (20+), Monchique mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.

Although the Algarve is well known for its sun and sea offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.

Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) in low season. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 60 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
Air conditioning/heating is included. Pool heating is optional for £100 per week.
We also arrange car hire and airport transfers. Please ask for prices.
