This beautiful villa has a spacious lounge features a sunken bar with large sliding windows to the poolside. The swimming pool (9/10m x 4,5m) with steps, is surrounded by a lawned garden with BBQ. The villa has a car port and is totally enclosed by walls with gates.
The villa is located just 1km from the excellent aBlue flaga beaches of Castello, Evaristo and Gale, the nearest being Sao Lourenco. Albufeira town is 6 kms away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 600 m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments

THE ALGARVE:
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europeans best golf courses (20+), Monchique mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.

Although the Algarve is well known for its sun and sea offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.

Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 8 persons. A 9th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 60 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
