Detached Villa that is not part of a complex, set on a hillside in ten thousand square metres of land overlooking Silves Gare, the Monchique mountains and beautiful countryside. Transfer time Faro airport 35 minutes.

Ten minutes from Carvoeiro and its lovely beach, five minutes from Silves, five minutes from Lagoa, nearest waterpark Slide and Splash is less than five minutes away, Aqualand is eight minutes away, golf courses are spread throughout the Algarve, the nearest is less than five minutes away.

The villa has four large bedrooms, with a maximum sleeping capacity of eight (plus one cot) for total comfort, all bedrooms are air conditioned have ceiling fans, security safes, hairdryers, satellite T.V. and radio in every room, , plus all have en suite facilities, master bedroom has a bath/shower, W.C. bidet and basin, the remainder all have wet floor showers W.C. and basins, there is also a communal W.C and basin . Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and all have private verandas with stunning views.

There is a large lounge/diner (sixty square metres) complete with wood burner and underfloor heating for chilly winter nights, Sky T.V. and DVD with cinema surround system, three comfortable leather sofas to relax on. There are two French doors leading out to a patio and a small summer house and the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully fitted with eye level oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, beautifully finished with black granite worktops. A washing machine and extra fridge freezer is available in the utility room.

There is a full alarm system complete with smoke alarms (no smoking inside the house) and coded entry systems on the three external doors.

There is an outdoor barbecue with a very large table and benches on the patio. There are lights throughout the main garden area.

There is a lovely kidney shaped swimming pool 7.5 metres long also a pool for toddlers 4metres long a outside shower. There is also basketball, a small football goal, table tennis, a treehouse, rifle shooting (air gun) etc., all exclusively for guests.
There are indoor games, chess, trivial pursuits, cards, dominoes, poker Texas hold em etc., only if required we can arrange paper chases, superstars events etc. for kids.

The owners live in a nearby cottage at the main gate, but do not overlook the pool or any of the facilities, and will respect your privacy.

During school holidays changeover day is Saturday only.
