Apartment Description
This hip apartment is located on the floor ground of an historic building in the Bairro Alto (BA) district, one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Lisbon, where you will most certainly experience the traditional Portuguese way of life and the exciting night life.
The apartment is a 30m2 house and has been entirely renovated and remodelled to include:
- a complete kitchenet with a washing machine
- a sleeping room with a double bed
- a sitting room with a sofa bed, with computer, with a Tv and Dvd player with surround sound system 7.1.
In winter time the apartment is heated with electric heater.
We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde” and a basket of fruit. You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.
The reservation can only be finalized with 30% NET (bank Transfer) not refundable that is deducted from the total payment. After this in a maximum of 3 days the information will be posted in this blog and in http://www.chooseportugal.com/availability.php?pid=6676.
Cleaning is 35Eur. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas, water and internet are included.
Full- payment upon arrival in cash .
Please note that the maximum daily withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200€.
The rent is for periods of 3 or more days.
Maximum number of persons 4 adults and 1 baby.
