Cottage Description
TURTLE DOVE COTTAGE
LOCATED IN THE FOOTHILLS OF MONCHIQUE, seven miles inland from the main N 125 Highway. Set in the grounds of an English/Portuguese owned villa the cottage nestles on a hillside, overlooking the small village of Montes De Cima, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. A very peaceful and relaxing area.
A PRIVATE ENTRANCE LEADS TO A BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED STONE COTTAGE with beamed ceilings, large patio and garden with fountain, plenty of shade area, B.B.Q. and sun lounges. Beach towels are provided.
THE ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF:
• LOUNGE tastefully furnished and air conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD, Video, Radio/CD and telephone.
• LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM fully furnished and air conditioning. All bed linen is provided.
• HALL with storage and linen cupboards.
• BATHROOM fully fitted with shower. All towels are provided.
• KITCHEN very well equipped with Electric oven and Hob, Washing machine, Iron and Ironing board, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster.
• Kitchen and tea towels are provided.
A WELCOME PACK will be put in the cottage on your arrival day consisting of: Rolls, Butter, Milk, Sugar, Coffee, Water, Eggs, Marmalade, Soft Drinks, Beer, WU Liquid, Toilet Soap, and Toilet Rolls. As Portuguese tea is not so good, I suggest you bring some with you, should you wish.
There are many super walks, for the energetic visitor.
The village has a good bar and there are some Restaurants a short distance away.
10-15 minutes to PORTIMAO. Lovely Beaches and Golf Courses.
A car is essential to enable you to discover the Unspoilt Algarve, the Wonderful Beaches and the many places to visit.
CHANGE OVER DAY is flexible.

SPECIAL RATES for winter or long term rentals on request.
NEAREST AIRPORT is Faro – approx. 1 hour drive. Details of the journey will be supplied.
We also have a double bedroon with en-suite bathroom available in the main house for rental should you wish to bring more people with you. The room will only be let to clients renting the cottage. The rate is 150 UK pounds per week.
The owners live permanently in the main villa and will always be on hand should you need them. Otherwise you will be left in peace to enjoy your holiday.
