Villa Description

This lovely villa is located within its own extensive grounds containing many olive,fruit and fig trees and is approx 10 minutes walking distance from Guia which is famous for its numerous good value restaurants ( 25+ ) and home to chicken piri piri. There is also a daily fruit,veg and fish market.
The beautiful very large lit swimming pool(12m x 6m)with Roman steps is surrounded by terraces where there is a large pergola for shade, a shower and a BBQ.
Albufeira famous for its nightlife and interesting old town is a 10 minute drive.

Villa Price Notes

Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 60 per week.
Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
