Solar powered for washing machine, lights, TV, hoover etc. Lake for water supply. Also a well at the bottom of the land.
Although amply furnished the house has not been updated yet and a coat of paint would not go amiss, so please be warned!
The property would best be let to someone with a knowledge of solar power.
We have a covered terrace which faces south and you can walk for miles down the local tracks which are in fact the rural road network.
The house is currently on the market and has been for a while. We are therefore looking for a long let probably to someone who would be interested in caretaking until sold for a small monthly rental.
