A brand new, ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in the peaceful Terracos do Pinhal area of Vilamoura. A great choice for holidays as it is within walking distance of Millenium, Laguna and Victoria golf courses, there are lots of amenities on site and you are just minutes away from Vilamoura marina, beaches, restaurants and nightlife.

Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, this air conditioned property has a spacious lounge and dining area with a TV, DVD player and double sofa bed. This leads onto a good size private terrace. The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a second beautifully appointed bedroom with two beds and a further shower room. Both bedrooms also open out onto the terrace. There is a stylish and well equipped kitchen.

The Residence Golf Club is a brand new complex and has a large pool and sunbathing area all set in manicured gardens, a childrens play area, tennis court and indoor heated swimming pool. It is in a tranquil area yet just minutes from the shops, bars and restaurants of the Marina and the beaches. A car is recommended but not essential as bus and taxi services are available.
