This splendid villa in Praia da Luz near Lagos (at 6 kms) with 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, big terrace with covered barbecue area, pool with 8 x 4 meters, is situated within a totally quiet residential area at qMontinhos da Luzq, very close to the center of Praia da Luz, about 5 driving or 15 to 20 walking minutes, and about 10 driving minutes from Lagos.

The pool at the villa's backside has a large size of 8 x 4 meters integrated within a floor of yellow paving-tiles surrounded by many plants, between them very beautiful bougainvilleas, and trees which grant maximum privacy. For the total comfort six sun loungers with cushions and a parasol are available.

Two of the three bedrooms access directly to the pool right after a big terrace. On one of the villa's side there is a barbecue which has grill, washbasin, washing machine, a big fixed table with surface covered by azulejos (blue Portuguese tiles), fixed bank with azulejos on the wall, 7 chairs and 1 square table in white plastic. The barbecue area is sheltered underneath of a roof and has direct access from the kitchen.

The spacious kitchen includes gas hob and oven, two washbasins, cabinets, fridge / freezer, micro-wave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, 1 small a 1 extensible table with 6 round chairs, window and door which leads directly to the barbecue area.

The living room is divided in two extended areas: dining room next to the main entrance featuring sideboard with large glass doors, 2 small cabinets, big wooden table with 6 chaires and a small round table. There is also a sliding window door; living room with TV (satellite) with 1 sofa seating 3 people, 2 armchairs, 1 oval table with marble surface and a fireplace with a combustion chamber with glass door.

A corridor gives access to the bedrooms and the main bathroom, whose installations consist of 2 washbasins, mirror with light, bathtub with shower and curtain, bidet, WC and a small window.

The first bedroom features two single beds, one bedside locker with reading lamp, two cloth hangers, support table with marble surface, mirror, bank, sliding window.

The second bedroom offers a double bed, two bedside lockers with reading lamps, one support table with marble surface, mirror, bank, fitted wardrobe with 3 large and 3 small doors. The sliding window-door gives access to the terrace and the pool.

This bedroom has its own private bathroom including a shower with curtain, washbasin with mirror and light, WC.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 bedside locker with reading lamp, support table with marble surface, mirror, bank, fitted wardrobe with 3 large and 3 small doors. The sliding window-door gives access to the terrace and the pool.

Changeover day in july & august: saturday.

Check-in / Check-out time: arrival after 6 p.m., departure latest 12 a.m. (noon)

The prices include: electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, regular change of bed sheets & towels

The prices DO NOT include: (in January, February, March & November, December) electricity, water as per counter readings at check-in & check-out, gas bottles to be paid separately

Breakage deposit: refunding as per general terms - 200 euros
