Apartment Description

This lovely ground floor apartment offers home from home comfort and convenience- the ideal place to relax in the sunshine or head out and explore the Algarve. Set in landscaped gardens with large pool, BBQ area and tennis court, the apartment is within walking distance of golf courses, the marina and beaches. So the location is perfect whether you’re keen golfers or coming to the area simply to enjoy the beaches and sunny weather.

The master bedroom has twin beds, an en suite bathroom, and like the rest of the apartment, has simple yet stylish decor. There is a further large bedroom with four single beds. The open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area are great for relaxing in, but when the weather is warm, we prefer to sit outside on the patio next to the pool.

The complex is all privately owned, is generally quiet and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The pool is huge and most of time, only a few people are in at any one time. There are sunbeds and a communal barbecue area.

The pool is quite literally on your doorstep and it’s a mere 15 minute stroll to the beach, marina and town centre. Golfers are spoilt for choice with so many excellent courses close by, one of which Pinhal golf course is just 5 minutes from the apartment. Stocking up on provisions is no hassle either there’s a supermarket just round the corner and if you want to explore the area a little more, Les and Sally (who’ll meet you on your arrival) will be more than happy to share their local knowledge with you.

We believe this apartment is suitable for couples, small groups and families. It is suitable for young children as the balcony area has a gate with a child-safety lock.

Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there are steps leading up to the complex and the apartment itself has a step leading down to the lounge, kitchen and balcony and therefore is not totally wheelchair friendly.
