Albufeira Mar is a brand new private condominium of six townhouses with a privileged location over the Albufeira Old Town. These fantastic air conditioned and two storey houses share a good sized swimming pool, and are perfect for those who want a car-free holiday. There are beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and many more amenities within a 300 metres range. All houses have sea views, and are only separated from the Albufeira Old Town and Fisherman’s beach by 70 steps or sloping road.

Each house has a modern style, and is composed of one bedroom downstairs, with a sofa that converts into a double bed. There is a shower room, an open plan lounge-dining and well equipped kitchen. Off the living area there is a spacious terrace with patio furniture.

On the first floor, you have one master double room with an ensuite full bathroom, and also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with sea views. All houses are fully air conditioned tastefully decorated.

The completion of this beautiful condominium was only finished in March of 2008, therefore, the Villamania guests will have the privilege of enjoying these high quality facilities for excellent rates.
