Villa Description

This charming country farmhouse which is set in the countryside, has been expertly and lovingly converted into four original self contained villas which have all been nicely furnished in pine. The 4 villas share a pool and a barbecue and dining covered terrace.

The village of Guia is about two kilometres away, where you will find numerous popular restaurants, all offering excellent value for money, a supermarket and several other shops including the most amazing wine shop. Albufeira and the beaches of Sao Rafael, Castello and Gale are 10 minutes drive away. The new Algarve Shopping Centre with its vast array of shops and restaurants is 800 metres away. Quinta Valverde has been one of our most popular properties for the past twelve years, and is highly recommended. The Zoo Marine theme park where children can swim with the dolphins is within 5 minutes drive.

The four villas are set in a terrace, each has a covered patio with table and chairs for dining outside, sitting room, one or two bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer etc. and a full bathroom, lounge with TV and safe. The large swimming pool is just in front of the villas and there is a covered barbecue area with dining tables for guests use. The four original villas have recently been renovated to include new kitchens and bathrooms, and more privacy on each covered terrace.
