This new apartment is ideally located within walking distance from Albufeira downtown and Fishermen’s beach. Self catering and fully furnished. The apartment fits up to 4 persons. Spacious living room with TV and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. Private parking available and free of charge.

Walking distance from restaurants and bars. The Algarve shopping mall is just about 5kms from downtown Albufeira. The Strip and Old Town are a must for serious shoppers! Refundable deposit of € 300 is payable on collection of the keys. This is required to cover any damage or breakages. If there are no breakages, your deposit will be returned (cash only) at check-out. The apartment is on level two serviced by lifts and stairs. Pets are not allowed.
