Villa Description

Villa Lantana is a superb air conditioned 4 bedroom villa with pool on the select Clube do Ancao development. Situated between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, guests have the added advantage of tennis courts and the lovely, unspoilt Ancao beach, which is within easy walking distance of the villa.

Clube do Ancao is set amid a beautiful pine forest, the villas are built to high specifications and Villa Lantana is no exception. The marble floor in the entrance hall leads to a large living room, furnished immaculately with a fireplace and satellite TV. There is a step up to the dining room for indoor meals and a luxury fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc. A walk through laundry/utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden is laid to lawn and is shaded by majestic pines. Walk from the villa out onto the covered terrace offering plenty of space for relaxation or eating ‘al fresco’ and there is also a built-in barbecue for open air cuisine. This area extends to a poolside patio and the attractive L-shaped pool with Roman style steps.

Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom served by a full bathroom in an annex, there is also a guest toilet on this level. Upstairs are a further two bedrooms; one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and one double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms is available at a supplemental weekly rate of €100 and a metered telephone, if required, wirless internet is available throughout the villa.

The rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
