This lovely modern apartment has been tastefully decorated and is close to the beach and all amenities. It is in mint condition and fully furnished and equipped.

There is a comfortable lounge and dining room which opens up onto a small balcony. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is modern and has a separate outside utility area. There is one good size bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

The apartment forms part of a condominium with lots of facilities on site. There is a large pool set in mature park-like gardens, a children’s pool and play area, tennis courts and a gym with cardio, weights, dance studios, sauna and solarium. The popular Italian restaurant, ‘Tiramisu’ and snack bar are just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The complex is five minutes drive from some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and a short walk away from the five star Vila Sol Golf and Spa resort. It is a five minute drive to Quarteira town centre which has lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and all amenities. Everything you need for your perfect sunshine holiday!
