This detached villa is situated on a hill side with breath taking views of the famous 'Roch Negra' (Black rock), cliffs of Praia da Luz, the sea, and the small fishing village Praia da Luz. It is in a small exclusive development of privately owned villas. The centre of Praia da Luz is some two km away where there is a lovely beach along with a variet of supermarkets and local restaurants. A car is recommended. There is comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with open fire place and a open plan dining room. The living room offers satellite TV, CD, Video and radio. There are 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample storage room. One bedroom is twin bedded, and one is double bed. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead onto the garden.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave / combi oven. A special feature of the villa is its own private heated jacuzzi, located on the terrace. Sunbeds are avaiable for guests use. There is a terrace for private sunbathing, on top of the villa with splendid views!The newly installed floor heating, makes the villa very attractive for winter lets!
