Casa Monteiro is part of a small development of villas all with their own private swimming pools. The ground floor has a large well equipped kitchen with an electric/gas cooker, microwave oven, large fridge freezer, and a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a large fully furnished sitting room and another sitting/dining room with TV and French windows leading onto the lovely paved terrace and pool area.
The ground floor also has one twin and one double bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms, and a triple bedded room which can be separated into a single and twin bedroom; there is a separate shower and W.C.
The villa is built on two storeys and has a triple bedded room and a double bedroom on the upper floor; both rooms have large balconies with sea views and their own en suite bathrooms.

The villa is set in a pretty garden with its own swimming pool (30 x 16ft) with a paved terrace and plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for eating al fresco. There are two lovely balconies with sea views. There is a separate BBQ area.

Casa Monteiro is in Gale approximately 5 km from Albufeira Old Town. The beaches of Castello, Evaristo, Laurenco and Gale are all within walking distance of the villa. There are restuarants, bars and shops within walking distance of the villa too.

Hire Car: Recommended

1. Leave Faro Airport using the right hand lane and follow the blue signs to FARO/LISBON/PORTIMAO on the A22.

2. Continue along the A22 in the direction of PORTIMAO ignoring the Lisbon turn off.

3. Continue for approximately 35 Km along the A22 until you approach the ALBUFEIRA exit.

4. Take the SECOND of the two exits which are very close to each other sign posted to ALBUFEIRA.

5. Continue to follow this road sign posted Albufeira Centro

6. Turn RIGHT at the end of the slip road.

7. Follow this road for about 5 minutes, go over the roundabout and you will see a Repsol Garage on your left as you approach another roundabout. Turn right onto the main road and up the hill you will see signs for GUIA and VALE DE PARRA.

8. Continue over the next two roundabouts, the first with 3 Dolphins statues the second with a boat in the middle.

9. Go straight over the roundabout and follow this road, you will see the Marina on your left. Passing a Fruit Stand go up the hill and take the next road on your left sign posted to DEOVIO.

10. Follow the road to the end and turn RIGHT you will pass signs to Coelha, Castello and Evaristo beaches and the O Por de Sol Restaurant on your left. Continue past the small parade of shops and take the first turning RIGHT into Urbanizacao Alveloa.

11. CASA MONTEIRO is the third villa on the left.

Guests can arrive at the Villa after 2pm on the Saturday of their booking and must leave by 11am on the day of their departure.
