Portuguese style with a marble interior. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable Breakfast Bar opening onto a secluded lemon grove courtyard. A separate dining room leads onto a spacious living room with large French Windows opening onto a terraced balcony overlooking the pool, the Marina and Albufeira coastline. There is an elegant cocktail bar with concealed lighting in a comfortable seating area which is perfect for relaxing at home with pre-dinner drinks or entertaining friends. Down the marbled corridor is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and bathroom, all furnished to the highest standard. The second floor comprises two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. These two floors will accommodate up to 10 people, but there is an additional floor with three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms should you wish to increase your party size to a maximum of 16 people.

The swimming pool is approximately 40ftx23ft and has an inset shaded bar with seating in the pool. It is set in a lovely walled garden with poolside terrace and has ample sun beds and loungers with sunshades and chairs. Steps from the terrace lead down to a lower garden with lawns and lemon trees in which is set a pretty barbeque area. The whole outside area is floodlit and is excellent for outdoor entertaining and poolside dining. On the ground floor alongside the pool is a Games Room with Table Tennis facilities - an ideal play area for children

Casa St Therese stands high on the quiet Cerro D'Auia hillside affording magnificent sea views and overlooking the Albufeira Marina. This beautiful villa, due to its position, provides privacy but is within walking distance, or 5 minutes drive from the centre of Albufeira Old Town. There are restaurants and a minimarket within walking distance of the villa and the Large Algarve Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Hire Car: Recommended

1. Leave Faro Airport using the right hand lane and follow the blue signs to FARO/LISBON/PORTIMAO on the A22.

2. Continue along the A22 in the direction of PORTIMAO ignoring the Lisbon turn off.

3. Continue for approximately 35 Km along the A22 until you approach the ALBUFEIRA exit.

4. Take the SECOND of the two exits which are very close to each other sign posted to ALBUFEIRA.

5. Continue to follow this road sign posted Albufeira Centro

6. Turn RIGHT at the end of the slip road.

7. Follow this road for about 5 minutes, go over the roundabout and you will see a Repsol Garage on your left as you approach another roundabout. Turn right onto the main road and up the hill you will see signs for GUIA and VALE DE PARRA.

8. At the roundabout with 3 Dolphins take the first exit on the right to PATEO. Continue along this road passing a mini market and newsagents on your right and Albufeira Jardim on your left. Continue past Pateo Bar and O Leme restaurant on the right.

9. Turn LEFT into a small road at the end of the stone wall just before the next row of buildings and continue a short way down the hill.

10. Turn right into a small road past Casa 2 Irmaos. Follow the road bearing left until you reach Casa St. Therese at the top of the hill.

Guests can gain access to the villa after 2pm on the Saturday at the start of their holiday. Guests must vacate the villa by 11am on their departure day.
