These brand new contemporary linked villas are located in the enviable position only minutes by foot to the Meia Praia beach, the Marina da Lagos and the town centre. Each villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms split over 3 levels, the villas are all fully air-conditioned, there's a private lift in each villa to get from floor to floor or stairs if you prefer. On the ground level there is a twin bedroom with a terrace out through patio doors, this room has a shower room. There is also a garage on this level that has been made into a games area with a ping pong table and darts board. Up to the first level of the villa you have a very spacious living room with an elevated dining area; the living room has seating for all the family, a flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite TV. There are patio doors from the living area that lead out to a terrace with table and chairs and a 4-6 seater hot tub so you can relax and enjoy the views towards Lagos and the Meia Praia beach. The kitchen can also be found on the first level, the kitchens have been well equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Up to the 2nd level you have 3 more bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other 2 bedrooms one double and one twin share a bathroom with double sink and bath/shower. There is a top level to the villa which has outside table and chairs and sunloungers, this terrace boasts fantastic views over the Marina to Lagos and the Meia Praia beach. The villas don't have a swimming pool but are situated only minutes away by foot from the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach and the Marina, which is a 5 minute walk away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available. Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive

NEW VILLA!! Extra person over 2 years is an extra £50 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2 yrs £20 per week including a cot, Highchair £10 per week. Sunday arrival £40.00 per week. The Hot Tub is heated between July & August all other months there is a £75 extra charge for this service.
