The furnishings have been carefully selected for both comfort and harmony. The living / dining room opens onto a lovely partial covered terrace ideal for dining al fresco. A dip in the pool and a cool glass of Vinho Verde under the inviting terrace makes for fabulous memories. The views are simply splendid with the private swimming pool set in a panoramic position overlooking the hills.

Whilst the property enjoys a rural setting, amenities are nevertheless close to hand. The local shop and café in the village is about 2,000 metres away. Caminha, with its art treasures, delightful 15th and 16th century buildings around the main square and excellent restaurants is less than 4 miles away.

Day trip possibilities from Caminha to Spain are endless and enticing. A daily ferry-boat links the two banks of the Minho river. The fine sandy beaches of Moledo and Afife are less than a 10 minute drive away - there is a train station in Caminha which makes it very easy to visit the above beaches (and surrounding towns) without having to manage the drive in and parking.

Various sports activities including horse riding, water rafting and canoeing are available in this region. An excellent 18 hole golf course is set on is set on a hillside just outside the delightful roman town of Ponte de Lima which is about a 40 minute drive away.
