The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with three king-size beds, three twin-beds and twin sofa sleeper. The kitchen designed with beautiful granite counter tops meets all your requirement and this villa has a formal dining room as well with a big door to enjoy the sunset while you eat your favorite recipe. The private barbecue grill is an added delight. The bathrooms are well designed with washer, dryer and many more modern facilities so that you do not have to compromise on your choice.

25 % deposit on booking with the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 1000 € is added to the final payment to cover any possible damage; this will be refunded within 10 days after the rental period.

For cancellations more than 56 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of the booking deposit only. For cancellations less than 56 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50 % of the total rental amount.

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 90 % of the entire rental amount.
