Located a few minutes from the Old Town and the centre of Funchal, Quinta Esperança,a traditional house with two self catering apartments, offers you a very quite, calm and peaceful holiday. With lots of fruit trees, typical plants, bananas and vine yards, you can enjoy the typical environment of Madeira Island.

Both apartments connect directly to the gardens, where you can have your meals, or a wonderful moment of leisure and rest, either in a shadow or at the marvelous sunny swimming pool. The terrace upstairs with a lounge, enjoys a superb view over the sea and harbor. Only the two apartments share all this, so it has a very private environment. If you don´t like to stay in any crowded place, surely Quinta Esperança is your best choice. They show you their experience while staying there and tell you a lot about what is it like living at the Quinta. Hope you will come and see for yourself.

The apartments are carefully prepared to welcome you.
As it is to be used in a self catering basis,in case your stay is for two weeks or more, they will be served once a week. All the linen and bath towels will be replaced and the apartment once again carefully cleaned.

The International Madeira Airport is located only about 18kmys away from the house. The way is through our very recent high way, and will take you only about 20 minutes. If you have your own car, we will send you all the details for you to get to the hous

All rates are in Euros.

In order to assure the booking, we will kindly ask you for a non refundable deposit of 30%, of the total amount. It can be paid through a bank transfer or with a pay pall account. In this second choice, we will add the coasts to your remaining balance, paid on your arrival. The booking is confirmed only after the reception of this first deposit.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we will not return the deposit paid. If the remaining balance is paid anyway, you will be able to use the total amount, in any other period. This will depend on the availability of the houses, and not to be used in high seasons.
