Self catering apartment ideal for holidays and short breaks in Madeira Island. This rental accommodation is located on the top of a detached villa, with totally privacy and private entrance, NOT SHARED by anyone else. With a very pleasant balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent sea and mountain view, have your breakfast or sunbath the whole day. It is composed by an open space, tastefully decorated and totally equipped for your holIdays. With a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, you will feel absolutely comfortable in it. With a new double sofa bed, another couple can stay comfortably on the sitting room. In the south balcony, we have a barbecue for your own cooking. There you can have sun until 3 o´clock in the afternoon, and after that you can enjoy the other terrace until late. The sunsets and nights are really wonderful, calm and peaceful. You can park in the garden, but car is not necessary, as bus are just by the main road, 50meters from the apartment. Only 5minutes away from Funchal city, away from touristy area, you have all the amenities with the genuine local life.A very good Restaurant, a bakery, pizza service, supermarket, hairdryer, laundry, ATM and a SPAR.

On your arival, we can book you a transfer from he airport with a reliable company. They can be there waiting for you and bring you directly to the apartment.

05 January 2010 to 05 February 2010: €240 per week.

06 February 2010 to 30 June 2010: €480 per week.

01 July 2010 to 30 September 2010: €580 per week.

01 October 2010 to 18 December 2010: €480 per week.

To book this apartment, we would kindly ask you for a bank transfer of 30% of the total . The remaining balance, shall be paid until 30 days of the arrival date.

In case of giving up,we only consider the devolution, if it happens until 60 days before the check in.

The house is not booked until we confirm the reception of the first transfer.

This prices are not to be assumed on the special Festival dates.

The amount paid for the week, includes: total privacy in the use of the apartment and pool; free use of internet wireless; free use of a baby cot; free use of parking; free use of cable TV; bed linen and bath towels; bathrobes; free use of sun umbrella, sun lounge and sun lounge mattress; gas, water and electricity; a welcome pack and a starter pack; information of the local buses.

In any of the cases offered before, we would have to be previously informed what would you require during your stay.
