This lovely modern semi detached villa is located on a small residential estate, just a 10 minute walk to the village of Guia, famous for its excellent selection of restaurants, and is particularly renowned for specializing in "Chicken Piri - Piri", the traditional Algarvean spicy chicken cooked over a charcoal grill. Less than a ten minute drive away is the Algarve Shopping Center, with a huge choice of shops, a food court, hypermarket, bowling alley and multi-screen cinema, where movies are shown in English.


The beaches of Gale and Castello are around a five minute drive away with excellent stretches of fine sand, panoramic views, beach bars and water sports. Zoomarine is a theme park with rides and various attractions and is approximately 1.0 Km away. Several water parks are also within easy reach. Bustling Albufeira and the Marina are a short drive away. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets, old fisherman houses and numerous music bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and street entertainers.


The villa is totally enclosed by walls and a gate. There is a tiled pool (8m x 3.m) which is fenced in and a small separate childrens pool. There is a covered brick built BBQ area next to the pool.


Downstairs you will find a fitted kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven & hob. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV with free to air channels, DVD, and WiFi.


Double bedroom with patio doors to a small terrace overlooking the front garden. Separate shower room.


Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Plasma TV and patio doors to a private balcony overlooking the countryside.
