This Chalet with 4 floors is situated in a property with 2 hectares with private swimming pool and an amazing garden with secular trees and plentiful tropical species. The house, of the beginning of the twentieth century, has stunning panoramic views over the historical centre of Sintra and is very comfortable and private. Perfect for relaxed holidays.

The spacious and bright living room has 3 sitting areas, a fireplace and opens onto to the terrace which has view and direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The living room has also access to the dining room with seat for 12 people, which has access to outside.

Sintra Manor House has 1 en-suite bedroom with double bed and more 6 bedrooms: 4 with double beds; 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have view over the gardens and the historic centre of Sintra. The house has also 1 en-suite complete bathroom with 25 m2, 2 other full bathrooms, 1 shower room with bidet and 1 guest toilet.

This Chalet has a full equipped kitchen and 2 kitchenettes, one in the lower floor and another in the attic.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, secular trees and plentiful tropical species and with all necessary garden furniture where guests can relax.

The house has cleaning once a week, cable TV, and Internet wireless. But mostly, Sintra Manor House is chic retreat and has stunning views towards Sintra and the main Palace with it's two round chimneys and of the Moor Castle.

This is a perfect place for those loves nature and search a relaxed holiday, close to all amenities.

During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.

Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, and balance in cash at arrival.

Security Deposit: €500, refundable at end of stay.
